OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
Depending on the product, items will be shipped from our location or drop shipped directly from our supplier, therefore, order processing and shipping times may be out of our control. We will make sure to keep you informed every step of the way!
All orders under $50.00 for a drop shipped item (IMAGE Skincare) will be subject to a $10.00 shipping and handling fee*
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
For items drop shipped from our supplier, any item that has been damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours of the receipt of the shipment to obtain a return management authorization (RMA) or have your order corrected. For items that are undamaged and unopened and are seeking return, they must be returned within (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. All shipping charges related to an approved return are your responsibility. Any item that has lead to an allergic reaction can be returned opened following the completion of an Allergic Reaction Form and the proper filing therein.
